Ready to be Someone's Superhero?
Our training gives you the hands-on experience and knowledge you'll need to confidently respond to emergency situations with CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and AED (Automated External Defibrillator) use. We kick things off with the basics of CPR, covering all age groups, so whether it's an adult, child, or infant in distress, you'll know what to do. Then, we'll dive into the nitty-gritty of operating an AED—the lifesaving device that can mean the difference between life and death during sudden cardiac arrest.
But it's not all about technique; understanding the why behind the actions is crucial. You'll learn to recognize the signs of someone in need, manage the scene like a pro, and navigate the legal considerations of lending a helping hand. By the end of the course, not only will you walk away with a shiny new certification, but you'll also carry the confidence to step up when it counts—whether at home, work, or in any public setting. Because let's face it, emergencies don't wait for an invite; they happen anywhere and anytime, and you'll be ready.
